Along with salt, smoke is the ultimate seasoning for food. Cooking over live fire opens new taste experiences and elevates food and the dining experience. We look a good whiskey and we think a whiskey is a great compliment for smoked food, but sometimes you want something a little brighter like a rum or a gin. The problem is that most gins and rums are not developed to compliment food cooked over fire. So we developed our own in collaboration with our friends in Listoke Distillery.
