Savage Sauce #14 - Fermented Sriracha

As sauce makers ourselves we know a good sauce when we taste one, and this is one of the best. We love it with barbecued vegetables in particular, but it works amazingly with fish, chicken, cheese dishes, eggs, and grilled pork.

Savage sriracha is a Thai style chilli sauce that is made in small batches and fermented for 3 weeks to create a unique flavour. It is spicy, a bit fruity & sweet with a decent kick of garlic.

Made with all natural ingredients, no preservatives, thickeners or additives. Gluten free, vegetarian, vegan.


Red chilli, yellow pepper, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, demerara sugar, salt, water.
